Well, I'm just reflection
Know what would be right
But never bring it to action.
I'm tired of this fight
Only for affection
Of people who like
Just me as reflection.
You know I might
Just be the mirrorman.
I know the plan
But I can't hold on to it.
Am I just a misfit?
And if not what am I then?

I'm the mirrorman
People never see what's really in my head

Everybody sees
What he wants in me.
Hell might freeze
Before they see
Who I'm meant to be.
Seems to be complicated
That we can't walk on the sea.
Or why is everybody frustrated?
Just climb a tree.
I gotta get away from the mirrors.
They blind me,
Tell me who I should be.
I just gotta flee.

'Cause I'm the mirrorman
People never see what's really in my head ...
