(Found in the freezer section where veggie meats are)

1 McCorkmick Recipe inspiration card $2.00

1 Muir Glen Tomatoes Diced Organic $2.29

1 Green bell pepper $.60 (at giants)

1 bag Nature's Promise Organics Brown Rice Long Grain $3.40

Onion $1.29

8 oz package of fresh mushrooms $1.29

Priced at Giants Grocery store, the total cost of this meal for a family of four is: $14.87. That is $3.72/plate. It’ a hearty, filling, its inexpensive and delicious! This meal that expanded inexpensively. If you can find better prices on certain ingredients, go for it! If you have the spices lying around, then omit the card. Manually dicing 2 large organic tomatoes lowers the cost as well. If you have access to a farmer’s market you can save, too!
