About a week ago I slept wrong and woke up with a sore neck and shoulder. At least I thought I slept wrong. I iced it. I heated it. I rested it. I even took Advil which is completely out of character for me. I steer clear of medications. Alieve dint work, but Advil took the edge off for a few hours.
Anyway Im in a lot of pain in head, neck, right shoulder, and shooting down my arm. I'm pretty good at baring with physical pain. So, the intensity leaves me a bit nervous. Also, the fact that Advil worked and Aleve didn't mmakes me think there's swelling.

I pray you heal now in Jesus Christ's name, amen. There is an expression, "A prayer on the lips and a hammer in the hand!" It is pretty much self-explanatory meaning when or if we need help from our Father we should also be prepared to do what we are able to do if necessary. If you have "compressed" a nerve you could try doing some stretching exercise, stretch up high, and tough your toes. If you have something safe to hang by your hands from, it should not hurt. Meanwhile, I pray you be healed immediately, God willing...................
