I raised in a Baptist church since childhood,when i transferred to another city to work 2 years ago, i met a friend who was attending a born again christian church,he invited me and im starting to attend since then,eventhough its kinda different from where i used to worship every sunday -solemn church to singing praise and worship whch is kinda ok for me because i love to sing hillsongs and play the keyboard.

after a year of playing the keyboard they appoint me to be the music coordinator and i was having a lot of good suggestions to make our praise and worship be more effective but i think our Pastora was not that supportive to me and even to the other leaders,when we suggest something she will just opposed and say that we should follow the standard of the main church.Were just a very small church,renting a building and have few members and i have this passion to help the church grow and there are so much issue going on in the church,me myself i can see that im not growing spiritually anymore..Pls help me ..give some suggestions/advises...

all I can suggest is pray to God, and trust what He guides your heart to do.

Praying for all you ask and need in Jesus Christ is Lord.
Remeber scripture says...
Man may plan his course, but God determines his steps. :)
Trust in God and He will bring you in His way and will.

Sometimes it just takes a little while for people to warm up to the idea of 'change'. They're comfortable with the familiar. Which is understandable but frustrating. Variety is nice too.

Be patient and gentle in your conversations....the Holy Spirit will lead you :)

Watch out for Satan; he loves opportunities to cause strife in a church.

Thanks to all who prayed for me... theres a lot going on in the church this time..but i think GOd is telling me to go back to my home church.
