A good way to be misled, especially in these last days, is to listen to those who use their own words and opinions and not the words of God. Who do we want to glorify? God or ourselves? It is Gods words that save, not ours.

Scripture Scripture Scripture!

1 Corinthians 1:17 For Christ didn't send me to baptize, but to preach the Good News--and not with clever speech, for fear that the cross of Christ would lose its power.
Proverbs 30:5 "Every word of God is flawless; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him.

Psalm 18:30 As for God, his way is perfect: The LORD's word is flawless; he shields all who take refuge in him.

Our words aren't flawless.

John 3:34 For the one whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God gives the Spirit without limit.

1 Peter 4:11 If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
1 Peter 1:23 For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God.
Proverbs 18:2 Fools find no pleasure in understanding but delight in airing their own opinions.
Hebrews 4:12For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.
