my self harm is on my mind a lot the last day or so i am working hard not to cut i have got very up and downs at times as i just want to cut so i can let the pain out. but i don't want to cut as well . sometimes it plays on my mind like when i have dinner all i see is the knife and think of the blood or the high i get after it ,
and how it has been part of me for so long but . it has to stop or it will not be good for me . so i am doing what ever i can to just stay a min free from self harm .

Father God, I lift Aiden up to your throne of mercy. I pray that you help him renew his mind. Help him see that the little release he gets from this is nothing compared to the guilt that follows. Please help him remove all temptation from his life and surround himself with the things that make him happy. In Yeshua’s holy name amen.
