please pray for me & my partner

I have recently been 'Born again', & I'm still finding my way.

My partner has not had a drink since 3/1/14-Thankyou all.

I am praying for both of us, I have felt pretty well under attack

for most of my life, with everything.

I've been wanting to change my job

for several years, but don't know which way to turn, I

want to work in a job, that I would find more meaningful,

preferably to do with outdoors & with animals, -but you

can't have everything.


also need another car,(my current car is 16 years old

& everything is wrong with it, I believe mechanics have

actually damaged it also , there were things constantly

going wrong with it ,'bad luck' seems to dog me with it

I also found wax & resin on it -I believe someone , where

I worked put it there, they were quite hostile.

I'm not wanting this to happen with the next car but am

finding it difficult to know where to go & what to buy

as i'll be looking at something about 3 years old at least.

With my partner, I'm secretly praying he'll give up cigarettes

also, reading gruesome 'real life crime' books such as

mafia, serial killers etc (he assures me he's not influenced

negatively by these things, but I don't think they're a good

influence, also the tv's on as soon as he gets home, I'm praying

he actually finds some hobbies that are a healthy outlet, his

job is hard ,he's 48 & a roof tiler, they're up there in all weather

& it's back-breaking work, he seems stuck in a rut, unable to help

himself - I know there's power in numbers, once again Thankyou All

Praying for some dramatic changes in your life through the power of God.

You say he is your "partner". Does that mean you are living together and not married? If so, please know that this is another area you need to change. Living together is sin in the eyes of God.

I pray for your partner to stay clean of alcohol, and for you to find a job.

Please remember to read your Bible every day, and find a good church. Is your partner a Christian? I would like to know as to whether I should pray for him or not to be saved.
