If you give the Jezebel spirit any type of recognition, or reverence, you are pretty much glorifying it and giving it "power" over you and declaring the Christ in you weaker than the evil spirit.

an evil spirit has no authority over any believing christian.

a trillion evil spirits have no authority over any believing christian.

satan has no authority over any believing christian.

it is ACTUALLY Christ in us who has authority over all darkness and evil.

If you have the "symptoms" of the jezebel spirit, its probably your own lack of faith and/or love.

If the jezebel spirit is on your mind more than God, thats a problem, because it is not a strong spirit, and it does not deserve the same fear that we give to God.

Fear God, not satan.

Is it just me or is your post full of contradictions?

So talking about a demon gives it "reverence" and "glory? Is that why the bible mentions Legion??

I am sorry, but you better re-think this post.

im sorry you misunderstood. i meant the words reverence and glory as mere connotation.

i feel like worrying about the jezebel spirit is like standing at the right hand of God and saying, "wow look at that powerful spirit that might hurt me or you."

to me, fearing an evil spirit is revering it and giving it glory.

the bible mentions legion in the same way that i mention the jezebel spirit. holy spirit has taught me to not give power to evil and i am mentioning jezebel spirit because its a hot topic right now...

I assure you, no one here is worshipping or giving undue respect for any slime ball demon. We as Christians have authority over all demons including Jezebel. Trust me, everything will be OK, because Jesus is on our side. If Jesus is for us, we will be just fine.

The point of the matter is alot of women nowadays allow the jezebel spirit to have control over their life and condemning themselves along with the men that lust and if we look at legion he was unclothed when he was possessed and after he got healed he put on clothes what does that tell you about some "christians" now, that's why we need the holy spirit to show us what we are doing, and talking about it doesn't mean that we are giving it dominion over us we after discussing the matter so who ever has this spirit can correct it
