R
The Lord is so good. I am so glad that he never changes. I am glad that he is the same then as he is now and will forever be. All glory and honor is his.
The patriarchs were favored of God. They loved their neighbors and they did not treat their leaders wickedly, no matter how cruel they were. And God gave them favor in the eyes of the leaders of the nations. Though their leaders did not know the one true God of Abraham, these men were able to show the power of the Lord in their obedience, faithfulness, and righteousness in ALL they did.
The Lord has so blessed me with this blessing. And this indeed is blessing. The Lord makes you low before he lifts you up. That is the order. And no matter how high he lifts you you are still low. A seed grows down before it grows up. The deeper down it grows the higher up it can grow. The Lord loves a humble heart and a willing spirit.
Be the Joseph in Egypt. Be the Daniel in Babylon. Be the Light of the world. Don't dishonor men and call that honor to God. God is pleased in our faithfulness to our leaders on this earth. However, we know the times, and that Joseph nor Daniel served the gods of their nations, but rather let them put the one True God to the test, to see his wonderful power. Let them know your position, and let your light shine in the world. May Jesus bless you.
