The other day, I ate a burrito from Chipotle, and got SICK for a few days -- till I threw down the gauntlet, and started doing what I knew I needed to do: eating fresh citrus oils, drinking cayenne peppered orange juice, and VOILA, in one afternoon, I was feeling 90% better!!

Then, the other day, I noticed a small white itchy spot on my skin!! "Is there something GROWING on my skin? I've had enough of this!!" So, now I'm doing what I already know to do in order to have a healthy bodily terrain (the body is a pile of dirt: don't let it become a "compost heap").

Sweet! I'm on my way to having an all raw diet. Slowly integrating it into my daily life. I don't cook any of my veggies anymore. All nuts and milk are raw as well. ^_^ Personally, I've found that healthy living and a healthy walk with God go hand in hand. The more you learn about spiritual and physical health, the more you're accountable for. I figure it's kind of counterproductive selfishness to eat whatever, whenever you want.
Sorry.....small tangent. I'm done.
Great about the raw foods though! ^_^
