RECIPROCATE HIS LOVE

'We love him, because he first loved us.' - 1 John 4 vs 19

Beloved, I bring you exhortation from the Lord Jesus, on how He expects us to live our lives as Believers. I see your life changing for good after this
encounter in Jesus name. AMEN.

Our title says, 'RECIPROCATE HIS LOVE', and ouropening scripture says we love Him because He first loved us. But the question is, do you love Him? Are you reciprocating His love back to Him?

The Bible let's us know that our Body is the temple of the Holy Ghost, meaning, our body has become God's body here on earth. And we know that the Holy Spirit brought into us the nature of God and the gift of Righteousness, and we know that the nature of God is LOVE {1 John 4 vs 8}.
This means we now have a new nature in us, and God now expects us to live our lifes according to the new nature. Now hear this;

Child of God, don't sin! Not because of yourself, but because of the Holy Spirit that lives in you. If you are tempted with lustful thoughts and imaginations, don't yield to it, reject it! Not because of yourself, but because of the Holy Spirit that lives in you. If there's a need to hold bitterness, don't hold it! Not because of yourself, but because of the Holy Spirit that lives in you. If you are at the point to fornicate, don't yield to it, reject it! Not because of yourself, but because of the Holy Spirit that lives in you. Come to ask yourself this question, if the Holy Spirit had His own special body in this world, will He do these things? No. If the Holy Spirit was living in His own body on earth just as Jesus had His body, could the Holy Spirit have told lie? Could He have fornicated? Could He have kept envy? Could He have kept malice? Could He have kept lustful thoughts and imaginations? Could He have bribed any man? Could He have received bribe from any man? Could He do these things? Never! The Holy Spirit could never have done any of these things! Therefore, when you decide to refuse to yield to the desires of the flesh because your body is His body, then you are reciprocating His love.

'Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.' - John 15 vs 13 {KJV}

You see that? Jesus did not decide to die for Himself, but for us. This tells us that LOVE goes beyound itself, but seeks to please others.

'Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.' - Hebrews 12 vs 2 {KJV}

You see it? Jesus endured the cross, He despised the shame, all because of us. So we too despise the lust, we despise the wrath, we despise the bitterness, we despise the envy, we despise the jealousy, we despise the malice, we despise the fornication, we despise the adultery, we despise the lies, we despise the bribe, all because of Him living in us. That's Reciprocation of love, and that's what our opening scripture is talking about.

Reciprocate His Love Today.

God Bless You.
