I read your post everyday and I see some of you give some great advice. So I was thinking what better way to ask you all
So some of you might no I am a 2 time cancer survivor. Yay! Well my doctor told me I am ---kg. over weight and that I should completely cut out sugar. Uhm really? No sugar!!! So I have been doing research and it seems like everything is made with sugar in it. The glucose free stuff is sooooo expensive I cant aford it. So im really at a lost. Im not a good cook so preparing glutin free meals is a headace
So my actual question is lol. Can you ladies suggest glucose free easy cheap recipes? Hope you can help.
