It's good to not touch a woman! Jesus said those of the resurrection will not be given in marriage and will be single like the angels are. So, better get your booty call while you can... in the end believers will be married to the Lord exclusively and there will be no sex as it is known here on club earth.
Saints will have an incorruptible body so even the desires for those things will be no more

I've never married, but the thought of a married couple needing help in this area seems rather far-fetched.
You would be surprised. Plenty of Christians (even today) were brought up to believe that sex is for procreation only and that anything outside of that purpose is in some way dirty.

Even outside of upbringing, plenty of Christian women (and men) have been sexually molested or brutally raped and struggle with the long term effects that it has on their sex lives later.
