Share From Morning Reading and Hebrew Study

Pasted below is a excerpt from my morning Hebrew study. It is pasted in Hebrew and in Englsh for any who are Hebreophiles.

Does anyone else see in this verse what is referred to by many as the rapture? I see also Salvation and the Gospel, not to mention the Holy spirit.

Please let me know how you understand this. It is a wonderful scripture, and something to which I look forward.

לְ·ק֨וֹל תִּתּ֜·וֹ הֲמ֥וֹן מַ֙יִם֙ בַּ·שָּׁמַ֔יִם וַ·יַּעֲלֶ֥ה נְשִׂאִ֖ים מִ·קְצֵ֣ה
[אֶרֶץ כ] (הָאָ֑רֶץ ק) בְּרָקִ֤ים לַ·מָּטָר֙ עָשָׂ֔ה וַ·יּ֥וֹצֵא ר֖וּחַ מֵ·אֹצְרֹתָֽי·ו׃

When he uttereth his voice,
[there is] a multitude of waters in the heavens, and he causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth; he maketh lightnings with rain, and bringeth forth the wind out of his treasures.
