tattoo or no tattoo? the bible clearly states in Leviticus 19:28 that tattoos are not allowed, however Leviticus 19:27 also says to not shave yet we all do it. so? shaving is okay but tattoos are not? what about scripture tattoos?

Leviticus is the old laws. When Jesus died on the cross we were released from those laws.
in the end the bible doesn't give you a yes or no.
in the end it is between the individual and God.
