it is b cause smart phones have a colledge education thats why not all cell phones r smart phones not all high heel shoes are smart high heel shoes as well.

I don't have a cell phone. I have a regular phone with a speakerphone so when they put me on hold, I don't have to keep the phone to my ear for ten minutes. I don't even have an answering machine.

Their features make them smart and they make life a whole lot easier. Their multitasking abilities makes them a pleasure to have, web browsing is possible anywhere, GPS, maps, etc.
