Glory to God! Hallelujah!
Salvation has come at last!
People from all the corners of Israel say
While in the darkness of an old carpentry
a little kid is doing his work with a sandpaper
who would have ever thought
this little boy would be the hope of a whole world?

And while king and rulers
are making chaos all over the continents
and warfares are a daily issue
one Nazarene is hidden in secret
communing with God in the middle of dust
who would have ever thought
this little boy would be hated by the world
and rejected by mankind?

While he is fixing the old and wasted wood
his little eyes are filled with compassion
and despite his tiny hands are wounded
he continues doing what seemed impossible
to mend that unwanted piece of wood

No one ever thought that years later
He would do exactly the same thing
his future friends would be beggars, harlots
tax collectors and fishermen
Years later he would be homeless
and ridiculed by the authorities of Rome
Who would have ever thought
this little kid would change history forever?

Glory to God! Hallelujah to the risen King!
Beggars and pastors say with joy
because the salvation has come to the world!
Far, far away the little carpenter of Nazareth
is showing his wounds to his father in Heaven

That would be his life
A man of sorrows, a man of lonely thoughts
a man who would be a comfort for the brokenhearted
a shelter for those who mourn
a hope for those who faint
Who would have ever thought
his name would be cheered by millions of nations
and ridiculed by many rulers and leaders?

At last the little Nazarene falls asleep
surrounded by woods and dust
His dream would be peaceful
but years later His eyes would be open for many hours
always seeking a way to lift others up
While in far away towns people celebrate:
Glory to God! Hallelujah!
say the harlots with tears in their eyes
because salvation has come at last!

Very nice! Thanks for writing. I like this song because it talks about Jesus' childhood and life. I wish the Bible would have more writings about Jesus' childhood.
