For any aspiring songwriters here on CC, you may enjoy the following two videos by Kathryn Scott (one of my personal favorite worship singers). In the first video below, she gives a brief history of how God began her gifting in songwriting and how it helped her understand her own identity in connection to worshiping God. And in the second video she gives more technical advice concerning writing worship songs.
