I was just thinking about the way a baby is born. As far as I know, a baby does not cry in the womb. I'm also quite sure that most cry upon entering a different perspective of this world.
I believe most are born with no fear, in the womb.

1 John 4:18New King James Version (NKJV)

18*There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.

They need to cry to develop their lungs (or so I was told at the birth of my 5 babies). For the first time, they are taking in air.

I guess it may be possible to motivate a baby to fear in the womb, like if the baby listened to verbal fights and screaming, or it may even have to do with the mothers feelings as well. I believe we are motivated to even feel certain ways in the womb, by what we are born into according to the flesh.

They don't cry in the womb because they can't breathe air. But I'm sure they have both positive and negative emotions, they just can't express them like we can.
