We are not savages!

Savages sacrifice their children to little gods. They serve barbequed baby
to drunken,
horseshoe playing,
woodland lurking,
green haired,
big titted
minor league gods,
at Molochs annual orgy.


But we know better.


We are not savages,
our gods are larger.
Vulcan’s forge is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Eye Eye and Ess.
(that’s International Iron and Sword,)
and the old time guarantors of healthy crops and children still dance,
but now they dance to tunes played by a multinational,
pharmoagroindustrial,
bagpipe klesmer ragtime reggae band
(selling personal hygiene products.)
Mars hides in shame.
His greatest acts of slaughter
dwarfed and turned to children’s cartoon legends.
Replaced by cluster bomb high tech holocaust murder.
Stinking in the sun,
rotting on the side of numberless
nameless
Trail’s of Tears,
and made normal,
by centuries of familiarity.
