Webcam doesnt activate during chat

My screen freezes up when i enter teh chat with my webcam turned on. Th window pops up asking if i want it to allow to use my cam and mic and i hit yes than everything just freezes.

Could be the browser you use.
Could be your flash needs updating.
Could be your internet is too slow to handle it.
Could be your pc is too slow to handle it.

I'd suggest looking into these things first. I'm sure there are more in depth, technical answers, but this is a good place to start.
Worst case scenario until you figure it out is don't try to use them till you find a solution.
