When the Gospel was first preached, it was preached to the Jews. The Jews were already used to the idea of their nation having a relationship with God, and the Jewish believers accepted salvation through Jesus the Messiah. But the Old Testament told of nations believing in the Messiah, of there being a people from among the nations on Whom Yahweh's name would be called, and the Lord had told the Twelve to preach to all nations.

Some Jews still had a difficult time understanding the salvation of the Gentiles. Both Jews and Gentiles are saved by faith. In the next chapter, he explains that Abraham's faith was counted as righteousness before he was even circumcised.

The correct translation is out of faith for the circumcision (circ). and through faith for the uncircumcision (uncirc).

The circs were already in covenant with GOD; the uncircs were not. Therefore, the uncircs came into covenant with GOD through their faith (not circumcision). The circs were already in covenant with GOD through circumcision, so they were justified from (out of) their faith.

30 Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith. [h=3]Romans 3:30[/h]

Romans 3:29 "Is He the God of the Jews only? is He not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also:"

God is the Father and creator of every living soul, and that includes you. There are no dead souls yet, for when the flesh body dies, the soul returns to the father that gave it.
Ecclesiastes 12:7; "Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God Who gave it."

Romans 3:30 "Seeing it is one God, Which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith."

We have one God, and it is only He that does the justifying of both the circumcision by faith [the Israelite]; and the uncircumcision through faith, which is also the faith of the Gentile. That faith in both cases is the repentance of the individual, and accepting the blood of Christ on the cross as their payment for their sin. The word "Christ" means fully translated, "The anointed one of God as Savior". God the Father treats both the circumcision [Israelite] and uncircumcision [Gentile] the same way as far as faith is concerned.

The duties that are set forth for each, the Gentile and the Israelite, do not change. The subject at the start of this Chapter is Salvation .

It is just another way of saying, those believers of Israel , and those believers of the Gentiles .

oh so you trying to say because of their faith they were not circ? that is what it is saying?

Circumcision in the flesh marked entrance into the old covenant. Therefore, those who were circumcised were already in covenant with GOD through their circumcision. Then those who believed were justified from (out of) their faith.

Those who were uncircumcised in the flesh were not in covenant with GOD:

That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: Ephesians 2:12

These enter(ed) into the new covenant with GOD through their faith (not circumcision in the flesh), and receive(d) the circumcision of the heart, which is the sign of being in the new covenant with GOD.

Your going to find, as you read, this is another way of saying, Isrealites and Gentiles Though the Isralites are not suppose to be circum. anything anymore. But of the heat, in a spiritual sense ( Deuteronomy 10:16 ) to love God

Exactly. Paul is just referring in Romans 3:30 to the positions from which the circumcised and uncircumcised both reach the same point.

Peace be with you, and the HOLY SPIRIT gives you this version; "Therefore there is one GOD, who shall justify salvation to the circumcised by nature Jews who come by faith and also justify salvation to the uncircumcised by nature Gentiles who have come through faith."
This is how i see it's meaning by the Help of the HOLY SPIRIT that the Jews entered salvation by having faith in the MESSIAH directly first ("the Jews first"). Then the Gentiles entered salvation through having faith in the testimonies of the Jews about the MESSIAH.
May GOD the FATHER of our LORD JESUS CHRIST bless and help you in spirit and truth.

My brother, circumcision is law and has nothing to do with the redeemed. Most European and Americans still perform this act as it has shown to be cleanliness. It is a fact that those circumcised are less likely to have say genitial problems that those who don't. However that doe's not negate the work of the cross. Whosoever shall believe in their heart and confess with their mouth the Lord Jesus Christ the same shall be saved. Circumcised or not.

Now to the spiritual aspect, To be circumcised spiritually is the denial of self. It can't be more plainer than one removing their foreskin. That junk hurts. So doe's denying yourself and allowing the Holy Spirit to work through you. That stuff hurts too, it hurts our flesh. Which is why we must die daily and take up our cross and follow HIm. It is the only way to live a victorious life.

Not in this case. The circumcision referred to here are Jews and the uncircumcision the Gentiles. All you have to do is back up a verse and it becomes plain...

Rom 3:29 Is he the God of the Jews only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also:
Rom 3:30 Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith.

Here is an important rule for Bible study...

CONTEXT IS KING.

Peace be with you, the Jews are already circumcised according to the Law of Moses, who have come by faith first to the MESSIAH. But the Gentiles have not because they were never under the Law of Moses. Apostle Paul said this according to the time he lived in faith addressing to two generation who have come to faith in the MESSIAH.
May GOD the FATHER of our LORD JESUS CHRIST help you in understanding according to the time it is written.
There is no way we can uncircumcise the Jews who are already circumcised, who have come by faith and there is no need to circumcise the Gentiles who have come through faith. They are all accepted as one body of CHRIST, for as it is written according to the New Covenant that true circumcission is the circumcission of the heart conformed to the Word (CHRIST).

God’s government over the nation of Israel with himself as the heavenly King, was only for a period of time. The Republic of Israel does not have any inherited claim on the privilege of setting up the world government for the blessing of all the families of the earth. The facts show that God’s kingdom over the natural circumcised Jews ceased in the first century C.E. His loving purpose for the future embraced more than just that small nation.

It was at Mount Sinai in Arabia that God became King over the nation of Israel; but in the 40th year thereafter his prophet Moses sang a song in the hearing of all the Israelites. In the climax of that song, he said: “Be glad, you nations, with his people, for he will avenge the blood of his servants, and he will pay back vengeance to his adversaries and will indeed make atonement for the ground of his people.” (Deuteronomy 32:43) Some 1,528 years later those words of Moses were caught up by a man who was an apostle of the “good news” to the non-Israelite nations. Incorporating those words into his inspired letter to Roman Christians, he said: “Christ actually became a minister of those who are circumcised [the Israelites] in behalf of God’s truthfulness, so as to verify the promises He made to their forefathers, and that the nations might glorify God for his mercy. . . . And again he says: ‘Be glad, you nations, with his people.’”-Romans 15:8-10.

The writer who thus quoted Moses’ words was the apostle Paul. He was a far-ranging missionary intent on finally reaching Rome and planning to go even to Spain. He knew what God was then doing, not only for those Jews who accepted the “good news,” but also for uncircumcised non-Jews, Gentiles, who put faith in the “good news.” He knew that God was internationally minded. So to the congregation in Rome, made up of Jewish and Gentile Christians, Paul wrote:

“Is he the God of the Jews only? Is he not also [the God] of people of the nations? Yes, of people of the nations also, if truly God is one, who will declare circumcised people righteous as a result of faith and uncircumcised people righteous by means of their faith.”-Romans 3:29, 30.

So for our time God purposes, not a national government, but a world government for people of all nationalities.
