1) Medical emergency, a situation where the mother's life and the unborn child's life are in danger, and the only way to save the mother's life is to abort the foetus (Keeping in mind, the mother is not for abortion, but no option left)?
2) When its due to sexual abuse or rape. We are looking at two situations, One being that the individual is traumatized to an extent she is not mentally or physically in a state to undergo pregnancy and delivery, OR the consequent feeling she might have after the delivery (a result of rape)?
