IMHO, the dollar is fine. Why would the uber-rich want the dollar to collapse? They have control over most of the banking industry and the federal reserve. They want the money to keep being squeezed out of the general public more and more. It profits them.

You forgot one little thing, albeit the rich control the banking industry and the Federal Reserve they do not have absolute control over what maintains the value of the dollar.
There are two things that maintain the dollar as a stable currency and the ultra wealthy control neither of them: international perception of the ability of the US government to make good on it's debt, and good old fashioned supply and demand.

When you speak of debt you are referring to the money our Government owes itself. Congress has been borrowing from the Social Security Trust fund for decades. It now tops two trillion and growing by the day. Social Security is the most successful government program ever. Raising the debt ceiling just opens the door for more borrowing from the SSTF

What exactly is the point of your thread here? usually when I make a thread it has a point to it and a firm reason for making the topic but I don't see this in any of yours it's almost as if you are just posting just to post and only seem to want to argue
