Our study will be seed, as taken from ( Matthew 13:36-40 ).

The word as it appears in the manuscripts -

σπέρμα

sperma

sper'-mah

From G4687 ; somethng {sown} that {is} seed (including the male sperm ); by implication offspring ; specifically a remnant (figuratively as if kept over for planting): - {issue} seed.

Going father into the prime of the word it is :

G4687

σπείρω

speirō

spi'-ro

Probably strengthened from G4685 (through the idea of extending ); to {scatter} that {is} sow (literally or figuratively): - sow ({-er}) receive seed.

This prime word speiro is translated " sowed " in verse 39; is derived from the same word G4687 sperma; used for "seed" in verses 37 -38.
