I have been using this mode in 'General Settings':

Default Thread Subscription Mode: Instantly, using email

All of my currently subscribed threads are listed as 'Instant'.

I am not receiving any email notifications whatsoever.

Any ideas as to why?

EDIT: "Now that I think about it - it seems like it stopped about the time of the recent 'reset' ( and data loss ) a few days ago..."

I have tried changing the default setting to 'Do not subscribe' and back to 'Instant, using email'. I have tried resetting the 'Notification' setting of threads in my subscription list.

What else is there to try?

( And - yes - I am sure my e-mail is working... ;) )

:)

Where did he put it?

Shouldn't it be in the 'Christian Chat Announcements' Forum? :p

Did something happen to his notice?

;) :D

:)

EDIT: Temporary notice on the Home Page - right?

Apparently I'm subscribed to 1452 threads. I never use the option though.

I am going to try something - just to see what happens...

I have removed all subscriptions and turned off the default subscription method. After a while ( ? days ? ), I will turn it back on and see...

You're subscribed to a thread by default when you post in it.
