Skype, maybe? That's native to Windows 8 and up ever since Microsoft bought it.

Or are you asking about an app used for CC chat?

It was announced there was a chat app available a while ago. It's never been seen far as i know.

The chat app has never been released to users. At this time it is in Beta testing so only a couple of the mods/admin have the app. I don't know when it will be released for general use.

ah, okay, I found a way to use teamviewer and remote pc it, heh. worx for me for now.
