My PM section keeps reading:

"Inbox contains 0 messages. You have 22 messages stored, of a total 50,000 allowed. (Empty Folder)"

How can I have 22 messages stored when I delete them after I read them?

Somewhere in your message folders are 22 messages. At least, that is what the computer is saying.

I have clicked my folder to empty it, shouldn't that get rid of read messages?

Yes, it seems like it should. Fortunately, despite the seemingly flaw in the system there are room for thousands more actual messages. Little things like that bother me too.

That's accounting for sent messages as well. Check your "sent items" folder.

I have cleaned out before and it has read that I had nothing stored, and then today it showed I had 22 messages stored. Go figure.

I clicked on settings and it showed "In box" and "Sent Items" and "Empty Folder", clicked "Empty Folder" for now their gone again so I'll see if the message shows up again.

Just found out that just because you delete PM's they do not go away, they are still stored in a folder.

So, going to "Settings" and then to "Edit folders" is thing you have to do and then you can edit the folder and that will empty them. Let's hope.
