So my mic symbol keeps disappearing... I've emptied my cache I'm just not sure what else I should do... suggestions would be most helpful. Churr =]

Being on the Internet is security vulnerable. And being one of the most widely used and well known programs on the Internet of course people are going to find ways to utilize it illegally. If Flash were replaced them it's replacement would end up in the same position. Being on the Internet you accept some level of risk.
