When I click on Statements and Articles I'm told that I don't have sufficient privileges to access it.
What is Statements and Articles all about?
And where do I learn about 'privileges'?
And why do I get no reply from 'Contact Us'?

1.) The Statements and Articles tab doesn't work for me either, so it's pretty much useless.

2.) What kind of privileges are you looking for info about?

3.) If you're trying to contact a mod, click on "view site leaders" and pm either 1still_waters or RoboOp.

Statements & Articles is closed to the site users. Only Mods/Admins have access to it. And even then i'm not sure they do anything with it. I believe it's just an unused section of the site. Or perhaps where threads that are removed from public view may possibly be kept. Just a guess though.
So there are no privileges to learn about. It's just the odd wording they use for an off limit area. Maybe they should rename it Area 51...

I assume there are membership stages determining what options are open to members....for instance, when will my selected avatar show up and when can I add 'images' to a post?

Well that worked....but where did the added attachment come from? (it's one of my illustrated 'writings).

The "Statements and Articles" tab is currently an unused section of the forum template thus regular users not having access to it.

There are no "privileges" to be had on CC other than those afforded to Admin and Mods. The pop up message you are getting is standardized with vBulletin.

The "contact us" tab is probably the worst way to get questions answered or problems resolved on CC. Only RoboOp (the founding Admin) has access to that page and he gets pretty backed up on it.
