I have technical experience in a variety of areas. While I do not claim to be any sort of expert, I have been of help to many beginners in the past.

I hope that I can be of some help here as well.

Hello there,

Right below "Edit Signature" Window, there is an "Upload Signature Picture" box. Since you are using a URL, you want to select "Option 1 - Enter the URL to the Image on Another Website:".

However, if you are attempting to use the image at "http://bestanimations.com/Text/Welcome/welcome-13.gif", the file size is actually larger than what's allowed here on Christian Chat for a signature.

I need help. I bought an "IRIS Scanner Mouse", and all it does on my computer is crash as soon as I hit the <SCAN> button. It works fine on my wife's older-than-mine computer, and on her VERY old laptop. I have downloaded the latest graphics driver, and the company Tech Help has done all they know to do.... even sent me a new mouse and software. (which reacts exactly the same way..... good everywhere but on my own computer.)

I have also maxed out my virtual memory to give more memory. Still no help.

The computer plays videos and serious graphics-heavy games just fine.

Sorry, I am not familiar with the IRIS Scanner Mouse at all. But perhaps I can offer an educated guess. I would need you to provide the operating system versions and computer specs on both of your wife's computers and also the same for your computer. Please also provide the version numbers of any software installed to use the mouse. And give a general idea of what tech support has already attempted.

Honestly though, if you have a newer computer and O/S than your wife and the company tech support has given up trying to help you, I would consider getting a refund and looking for an alternative.

If you provide the above information about your computers, I will try to offer some kind of help.

God's blessings,
