How do I add a profile picture?

If you go to SETTINGS in the top right then on the LEFT side you can ADD/EDIT your profile photo

and the settings are under Forum actions (in the blue menu bar) :)
clicking your user name on top also gives access to ... stuff

I don't know why I'm missing this but I can't find what you all are saying. Is it because I'm not on a PC?

Go full screen on your device, then you'll see the Settings tab at the top of the page. Click it, choose "edit profile picture", choose picture and upload, then click "save changes" afterward.

If you are on a mobile device you will need to scroll to the bottom of the page and change to the full version. The default mobile version doesn't have as many options available.

Or you can bypass the Settings option, and go a quicker way.

When on the font page, there is a line of blue words. One says 'Photo'. Click that and you go straight to the Profile Picture page. No extra steps required.

But keep in mind a profile picture is not the picture that shows up in forums/chat under your name. That would be an avatar. So if you are looking to add that, take the same steps as i mentioned, but instead of 'Photo' click on 'Avatar'.

This is all done from the Full Version that OnceFallen mentioned above.
