If I try it with internet explorer its gone. From chrome its there.

Have you tried to click and drag from that screen to the reply box? It starts to work for me, but then my computer freezes, so my guess is the size is too big.

I was able to download with an Android phone before. I have an I phone now and can still download.

I can't stand Internet explorer, Mozilla was okay, but Chrome is great.
