It's an issue with the latest/recent version of chrome, some bug or incompatibility with the text editor used in our forum software (many other forums encountered the same issue with this version of Chrome). For now we have posted a notice in red explaining that if you simply hit the enter key when you encounter that problem, it will go away. (This is a temporary work around.)

But, could you do me a favor and keep that up there? I also have the memory of a sieve. It does work on occasion, but even after reading your explanation and seeing that message there, at first, I still forgot to click "Enter."
I'm all for nagging Chrome, if you can give some idea of how to nag.
