Hi! I am a paid subscriber, but my account name cphilippe85 hasn't been updated as a subscribed member yet. I subscribed yesterday, but still have no access to private chat and other things. Please fix this issue. I have sent 3 emails for help on the issue. Thank you! God bless!

I think it usually takes a few days for that to become available. I stay mainly in the forums, so I don't know exactly how the chat rooms work. I only go there if I need a mod.. :)

Unfortunately we have yet to have been able to create an automated system on the subscriptions so that the kick in automatically. As Blue mentioned sometimes it can take a day or two since only one person has access to verify the payment.

I'll drop him a note because if you sent an email via the "contact us" tab that can even take a few days for him to see it because that box gets loaded up fast.
