I don't get a smiley face . Above this post on the left is a "blog this post"--a star--and a triangle with an exclamation point in it. On the right is"reply" --reply with quote--and a chat box thingy with a little plus sign next to it.
The icons you have mentioned are at the bottom left of every post already made, whereas Blue was trying to draw your attention to icons above the text box while you are composing your post. On the far right, is the quote wrap icon. Hover your mouse over any icon and a description appears. Beside the quote wrap, is the video link. If you click that icon, an app opens that allows you to enter the url from youtube of the video you want to display here. The next one across (moving from the far right, we are now at the third icon moving left) is the insert image icon. It gives two options: select files from your computer, or use a url from something already hosted online. Make sure to click OFF Retrieve remote file and reference locally ... the smiley faces are three more icons over :D

Some people seem to not be able at all any more to add images to their posts.
I am not sure if it is a problem related to their device, their browser, or what :(

Here is a video for you :)

I'll bet it's because I am using phone and tablet, because I've noticed on some programs the options expand on a computer. Soon as I get mine fixed, I will more than likely see what your explaining. Thank you ..I will be able to use these instructions later. Wow! Beautiful video and picture !

Sometimes I select a song on youtube, and then just let it play through the list of whatever it lines up next, usually songs by the same artist or same genre, and some of it is quite memorable, and nothing I may have heard otherwise! Here is another of Matt's songs that I heard this way:
