possible problem with win7 users ?

hey my problem is that the site seams that my browser keeps freezing up when using this chat....
i try : chrome , firefox , iexplorer , safari , opera.
every browser keeps continualy freezing up when i talk on the chat and i cannot type anymore or do anything else ?
has anybody having this problem if so please admins fix this
i have win 7 ......

hi Grace..... same problem as you but i use window 10 i cannot type into the chatroom... at all, i feel bad when someone says hi to me but i am unable to send the reply... into the main window chat... i used firefox, microsoft edge, iexplorer, safari using now, opera, not chrome... i wonder what will function? maybe it is time for an upgrade

To unfreeze, it sometimes helps to hold down the CTRL Key, and move the mouse wheel slightly.

Try updating your flash drive. Sometimes this message appears on the sign in page.

It is entirely possible that your internet speeds are not fast enough to support the bandwidth demands of voice and video chat. Try selecting the low speed option prior to entering chat as this may help.

it is the same thing .. all browsers keep freezing up and as i see there are other people

Yes, to Ugly and Tourist, in settings i let Adobe Flash player automatically update by itself and there's no need to notify me if i am busy :) and it is latest version...

yep .... same thing here keeps freezing up with no reason :/
the thing is i can still see what people say but i cannot reply anymore
if this was from my internet as others said , then i would disconnect all the time ,but i am still connected but i cannot reply to others

Same problem... though i use high internet speed and flash player updated to latest version.... hey Grace.. did you try to sign off CC and see what happens to the chat room? it works normally then??

sometimes yes , but sometimes it just freezes from start

Then i don't know how to solve the problem... well the same occurs to you happens to me equally.... it sucks because i wanna be in chatroom...
