BB code font is not allowed

How do I fix this error message? I don't know what the BB code font is. It brings that up when I try to start a thread in the Chat Groups. Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

You may need to go into your "SETTINGS" to enable that feature. (Just guessing, here, since I have never started a thread there.)

Maybe... The thing is I started a couple other threads without a problem...
