The "old" CC was unsustainable due to being Flash based. The "new" CC will take a bit of time for some persons to adapt to.

Lord, I choose to recognize and relate to You: Jesus Christ of Nazareth, within, as my All-in-All! (My old self has been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. So I live in this earthly body by trusting in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. (Galatians 2:20 - New Living Translation))

Some of us can't get into the new cc. How does that make things better?

The "old" chat was based on Adobe Flash Player. Flash Player is being phased out in the computer world. Even if the old chat were maintained, new computers would not be using it.

It's kind of like having an old, rickety bridge that you can't get anybody to make replacement parts for because nobody builds with thatch any more. Do you keep patching the bridge as best you can or do you build a new bridge with modern building materials?

    "Do you sing at church?"
"Yes I sing at church. And I sing at work. And I sing at home... and in the car... at the supermarket... at Wal-Mart..."

Whatever works for the task at hand. Flash Player did a lot of stuff.

For watching videos HTML5 seems to be the default these days. In fact HTML5 can run chat rooms in a browser window too, and I'm not quite sure why Robo didn't default to it.

For CC it seems we are running Adobe Air. Install it on your Windows computer or phone and run the CC application inside Adobe Air and it should work.

For Linux users... good luck, you'll need it.
