hi,
everything is invisible to me on the chat room. i can't see what i type and what others type too on the main chat. neither can i see the name of the person that typed.

The tech people will probably want to know what browser you are using (Firefox? Explorer? Opera? etc)

You might need to update stuff like flash (Adobe's web pages).

Browser is irrelevant IMO (unless it's a poorly supported one like Maxthon).

Just be sure that both the browser and Flash player are updated, and that you have the CORRECT flash player for your system (e.g., if you have a 32 - bit system, get 32 - bit flash).
