HELP !!!!!

I sign in ....... and am logged in...
then try to go into a chat room .....then.....

I get a blank screen in the chat with the message
that "nick is already active "

Not by me !!! Not on any pc in our home !!!!

don't know how to get past this.

Tried ...logging off !!!! tried rebooting !!!!
tried....contact us link and sending a msg but no reply

what do i do to clear this problem or who do i contact

i am the one and only original buddybearr for years !!!

solution desparately needed !!!!!!
