This request is not for user to user i just do not know where to find an answer. I need a program that can create a visul media background for screen projection media used in church praise and worship, i have ideas i want to make the visual media backgrond during praise and worship time at church. My ideas are not any where produced they will be more direct visual appropiate to the subject of the praise and worship. If any one can tell me how to produce these loop visuals via computer program i would appreciate your help.

I suppose it depends on how much manipulation you need and what the project entails. Simple effects/visuals can be manipulated and looped using PowerPoint. If you need something more robust, feel free to expand a bit more on what it is you'll be doing, and I'll try to make a recommendation if I know of anything. :)

P.S. There are free alternatives to PowerPoint via downloading either LibreOffice or OpenOffice.
