How do I delete one of my threads/posts?

Yeah the poem, I reported it and asked if they could take it down, so I'm not sure. I love my poem and want people to read it it's just I don't want it being taken and I didn't think about that.

Mods usually only take things down that are against the rules or personal information. They aren't keen on deleting posts otherwise. So it's 50/50 if they will on this. Keep in mind Anything you post on here is visible, not only to the site, but the entire internet. So people searching Google can find these threads.
You only have 5 minutes to edit/delete any post, so make sure you want it posted and everything is right before putting it up.

As a general rule, we do not delete threads or individual posts unless there is some personal information, such as names and private addresses. It cuts down on extra work for the mods over something that someone should have thought more about to begin with, and makes less stress for us.

Just edit your poem to say something else. A short poem or something you are more comfortable with staying on CC.
