People have tried to fix this without success. I got a new computer and people can't hear me on the mic.

Do you mean just on the site, or it's not working at all?
If you mean in the chat rooms here, try it on another program to see if it works there or not.
What have people already tried? This would prevent getting the same advice that's already been tried.

seems like no driver is loaded for mike, i showed link for driver download, after checking it out, then sister left, maybe a restart, so not sure of outcome.

What browser are you using I know google chrome doesnt seem to work on here with mic chat.

Check to see whether it is enabled or not. Your keyboard might have a key that toggles it on and off.
