Therefore being baptised in the name of Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit is ok for those who have done and believe the following?

Romans 10:8-11
8 But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith which we preach): 9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.”
If, in confessing "Jesus is the Lord", you acknowledge that there is one Lord (Ephesians 4:5); even the Father (Matthew 11:25, Luke 10:21, 2 Corinthians 6:17-18), the Son (1 Corinthians 8:6, 1 Corinthians 12:3), and the Holy Spirit (2 Corinthians 3:17), then you are confessing the real Jesus and have salvation.

2Co 11:3, But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
2Co 11:4, For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.

Nope you did not.

Your answer to my question was

If you acknowledge that the "name" you were baptized in is "Jesus Christ" then you are not going to hell.
My question was

Let's say I am baptised tomorrow according to what Jesus said.

Matthew 28:18-20
18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

I then walk out of church and and get run over and die.

Am I goint to hell because I was not baptised in the name of Jesus only?

My answer to that is, not necessarily, according to what I said in my previous answer.

A work of righteousness is something like giving alms to the poor.
A work of righteousness is obeying any of Gods commands

Baptism in Jesus' Name is not a work, period (although God performs the work of salvation...remission of sins and the gift of the Holy Ghost...in those who receive the ordinance). It is a point of contact for faith; a means by which we obtain a promise.
if your being baptised TO BE SAVED, it is a work.

You’re also rejecting the act of God baptising us into Christ. And replacing it with water. Which in technical terms is blasphemy

Go ahead and show me the word baptism in John 3..
Jhn 3:22, After these things came Jesus and his disciples into the land of Judaea; and there he tarried with them, and baptized.
Jhn 3:23, And John also was baptizing in Aenon near to Salim, because there was much water there: and they came, and were baptized.
Jhn 3:24, For John was not yet cast into prison.

Jhn 3:25, Then there arose a question between some of John's disciples and the Jews about purifying.
Jhn 3:26, And they came unto John, and said unto him, Rabbi, he that was with thee beyond Jordan, to whom thou barest witness, behold, the same baptizeth, and all men come to him.

Also, consider that "water" in "water and the Spirit" concerning being born again, is very likely referring to baptism; since baptism is in the immediate context here in John 3.

It is apprehending a point of contact for faith. Not a work in the slightest.

Then you are accusing the Bible of proclaiming blasphemy.

Because clearly, water baptism in Jesus' Name is a point of contact for faith in receiving a conditional promise in Acts 2:38-39.

There is one baptism (Ephesians 4:5), which is triune in nature:

1) water

2) the Spirit

3) fire.

1 Peter 1:23...being born again...by the word of God...the gospel is the water spoken of.

Peter preached Christ and Him crucified...that is the gospel.
Yes; and baptism is identifying with Jesus in His death (crucifixion), burial, and resurrection.

Thus it is a confession of the Lord Jesus (see Matthew 10:32).

And it is what Paul preached (1 Corinthians 2:2).

No where as Peter preached did he link salvation to anything other than Christ.

Their response in repentance and baptism reflect that they have indeed believed what they have heard is true. Both are evidence of salvation; neither are part of producing it.

Fulfilling the condition of the promise in Acts 2:38-39 results in receiving the promise spoken of in that passage.

The only ne blaspheming here is you my friend.

John 3 Jesus tells us how to be born again. As moses lifted the serpent. So must the son of man be lifted. So whoever BELIEVES will never perish but has eternal life.

no mention of baptism my friend

there is one baptism That saves. The baptism of the spirit. who baptises us INTO CHRIST. No water is involved

He mentions baptism in John 3:3-5.

There is such a thing as baptism in water and there is one baptism (Ephesians 4:5).

So, water baptism must be included in that one baptism.

Baptism is threefold:

1) water

2) the Spirit

3) fire.
