Those cuts are so yesterday. Pineapple and watermelon are today's cuts. And it's probably that gem that starts with a "C" and has about 12 letters that only jewelers can pronounce and spell.

After deliberating for a moment, I've decided that although you were right, you were not exactly right so I cannot give you the win. The days of participation awards for mediocre effort are over. :rolleyes: I must demand excellence!

I admire your adherence to such high standards. When you asked the question, I knew what the answer was going to be. I knew you would make the most inimical of choices. But I don't actually want to win because I would have to come up with a clue and my standards aren't nearly as high as yours.

= ) I'm no expert. All gems are stones. Some gems are translucent, we tend to think of those as gems, but I think the divide is more precious and semi-precious.

Nice work. You know me too well. It does start with a C, and has exactly 12 letters, and the location of its discovery caused me to wonder if Elijah called it down from heaven.

Ok, I've reconvened, and have lowered my standards so that you will actually win just because you do not want to. I mean, I can't go against really go against my character, can I? I will accept the answer "that gem that starts with a "C" and has about 12 letters that only jewelers can pronounce and spell" for the 18-word version of the password, Carmeltazite.
