(A bogan is hard to define, but typically likes loud, obnoxious music when its neighbours are sleeping, drinks alcohol in public, wears dark and/or unfashionable-yet-comfortable clothes to restaurants, and has less than a rudimentary understanding of social etiquette).

What Mo said. Aussie slang for an undesirable. Cant say a sentence with at least 3 swear words, smokes, alcohol, drugs, full of anger,has a mullett hair do et etc. I tried to put a pic up but would probably get banned lol.

it's okay. it's a cul-de-sac with six houses on it; a very small neighborhood. he's kinda new. perhaps he'll learn to behave?
