Come on in, I won't bite...

(Bernard 3:3 NDV) The bark of one among the wildebeests.

Ye are not of my pack.

How can people be speculating on the book of Daniel if it is sealed to the time of the end – how do they determine the time of the end to be able to unseal the book?

Jesus tells us when the time of the end was:

(Luke 21:20 KJV) And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh.

(Luke 21:22 KJV) For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.

(Luke 21:32 KJV) Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass away, till all be fulfilled.

The following all happened to the Apostles especially Paul who appeared before Nero:

(Luke 21:12 KJV) But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake.

(Luke 21:13 KJV) And it shall turn to you for a testimony

Lol oh my preterist pal, are you now regressing from 70 AD Theory to 54-68 AD Theory?

Lol and by the way Paul was acquitted, dude knew how to argue legalese no doubt!

Though historical tradition does hold that Nero had goodly Peter crucified.

But this is not the End of Days, simply the beginning of the spreading of the Word.

You know we have disagreed, but manage to get along pretty well. So, I continue the discussion:
1 Peter 3:1-7
3 This is now, beloved, the second letter I am writing to you in which I am stirring up your sincere mind by way of reminder, [SUP]2 [/SUP]that you should remember the words spoken beforehand by the holy prophets and the commandment of the Lord and Savior spoken by your apostles.[SUP]3 [/SUP]Know this first of all, that in the last days mockers will come with their mocking, following after their own lusts,[SUP]4 [/SUP]and saying, “Where is the promise of His coming? For ever since the fathers fell asleep, all continues just as it was from the beginning of creation.” [SUP]5[/SUP]For when they maintain this, it escapes their notice that by the word of God the heavens existed long ago and the earth was formed out of water and by water,[SUP]6 [/SUP]through which the world at that time was destroyed, being flooded with water. [SUP]7 [/SUP]But by His word the present heavens and earth are being reserved for fire, kept for the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.

I find it odd that people see the verses that say the world was destroyed in the days of Noah and they have no problem with this. But when we see that the world being destroyed by fire we insist that that could not have happened because the world is still here. It was still here after the flood!

We also see in Hebrews 1:1-2

God, after He spoke long ago to the fathers in the prophets in many portions and in many ways, [SUP]2 [/SUP]in these last days has spoken to us in His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the world.
that the writer says, in these last days. Now I subscribe to my own "theory" (made through scripture, and I pray that it is from God) that God has designated a "week" of time. And this is why, I believe, that the writer of Hebrews says "in these last days". It is because we are in the last half of the week. This theory does not change my beliefs (as to what God expects of me as a Christian), but this is just one of the reasons that I believe the Bible is self-fulfilling (meaning it shows the fulfillment of prophecy, if not if full, at least shows us enough to conclude that it was fulfilled in the first century or before.

I have read and heard people say that fulfillment of prophecy in the first century takes away our hope. But I do not believe that at all. God is still God. Jesus is still Jesus. The Holy Spirit is still the Holy Spirit. If we live our lives in Jesus Christ, we will be saved. This is one of the reasons I don't like the phrase "Second Coming" besides the fact that it is not used in the Bible. The phrase "Second Coming" has come to mean His "Last Coming" and suggests that He could/can only come twice. I believe that the OT people were most likely judged in the first century (since we see "many rising from the tombs and going into Jerusalem" (paraphrase)). What happened to them? Did they go on with their afterlife (flesh) lives, did they ascend with Jesus, or did Jesus come back and take them? I am not saying that those are the only options, but what does it all mean? Anyway, I still find hope in Jesus even though I "know" that most/or all prophecy has been fulfilled.

Not at all Froin - the problem with futurism is two fold - A failure to correctly identify the whor.e of Bablyon as 1st century apostate Israel/Jerusalem:

(Gal 4:25 KJV) For this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children.

Those in bondage are the children of the whore. in Revelation.

(Gal 4:30 KJV) Nevertheless what saith the scripture? Cast out the bondwoman and her son: for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman.

The other BIG problem is ignoring the imminence statements embedded in the NT making language totally meaningless:

(Rev 1:1 KJV) The Revelation of Jesus Christ...to show unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass.

(Rev 1:3 KJV) .........for the time is at hand.

(Rev 22:6 KJV) ....to show unto his servants the things which must shortly be done.

(Rev 22:10 KJV)...........Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book - for the time is at hand.

(Phil 4:5 KJV) Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.

(1 Pet 4:7 KJV) But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.

(Rom 13:12 KJV) The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.

(1 Cor 10:11 KJV) Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world (ages) are come.

(James 5:9 KJV) Grudge not one against another, brethren, lest ye be condemned: behold, the judge standeth before the door.

We can see in the above verses some of the imminent time statements made by the inspired apostles - they are writing to humans who would read those time statements in their actual sense.

The "futurologist" have to ignore how human beings understand time statements and play hanky panky with language.

Not only that, they are inferring that these inspired apostolic writers are false prophets warning of imminencey where none existed.

Christ warned about false prophets arising:

(Mat 24:11 KJV) And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

Now if the apostles statements of "at hand", "must shortly come to pass", "upon whom the ends of the world (ages) are come come" did not actually come to pass then they are found to be of the false prophets Jesus warned about.

Hardly likely, the only conclusion left is that those denying the imminencey of the apostles statements are at best not understanding those statements and at worst are false prophets themselves.

Jesus told his disciples that the gospel would be preached in all the world and the end would come:

(Mat 24:14 KJV) And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

Interesting theory on the Week. I have pondered this myself, but as it is that we cannot accurately measure time right now, this is something we should not be too concerned with. I have had many theories on the end times too, and I have researched many of other people's theories on them too, everything from the Preterist Theory to some more modern setting theories. However all those theories do is cloud one's judgement and cover up the true prophecies. Heh I sometimes wonder if this might be so that people cannot guess when the end shall come. For myself, one day I decided I was simply going to read Revelation and take the words as they are and my eyes were opened. I do not knwo the day or the hour, but I do know Jesus comes quickly.

Now it is true to say since Jesus is the spirit of prophecy that pretty much every single day from the casting out of man from Eden until the End of Days is fulfillment of prophecy.

Jesus life and resurrection and the opening of the tombs of the righteous, are these not a sign of things to come?

However in the more specified End of the World/End of Time facet, this has not yet passed, but it shall, and Jesus shall return quickly in all his glory.

Indeed the world was destroyed in the days of Noah by water.

So shall it be in the End of Time when the world is destroyed utterly by fire. Though in that time not only will the world be destroyed but also the heavens as well. Watch therefore, because Jesus comes quickly. Also do not let such trouble you, for this world deserves to be destroyed and everything in it that the new heavens and new earth might be created and righteous will live with Jesus forever and he shall wipe away all the tears of time and forever God shall reign over his perfect Creation forever, Amen.

I have heard multiple comments that suggest that they were wrong, and that they just thought things would happened much faster than they did. I do not understand that thought process - The very people that were INSIRED to write the letters that are now in our bible were confused when they wrote the letters. If they were confused about that, what else were they confused about? I don't think they were confused at all. I just think that we, as human beings, fail to see the whole truth. And when we see it, we have the tendency to ignore it and just move ahead with our preconceived ideas. I don't say that to be mean to those that don't understand that prophecy was fulfilled in the first century, because even though I feel that I have made some breakthroughs in my own thinking I realize that I still have a long way to go.

I don't see it as a tool to determine the actual end of the world either. I think that time has been confused by God so that we don't actually know when we are. Jesus told the Apostles that it was not for them to know when the end would come and I believe that same stands for us. Besides, I could do all the figuring that I want and that doesn't mean that I will live even past tomorrow (and thus the end of time for me:)).

The "Week Theory" (haha that is funny when said in the English language) is part of my "Heaven and Earth already passed Theory". During the second and third days, God made separations between waters (Day 2 - Vertical; Day 3 - Horizontal). I believe that this (while it literally happened) is symbolic of the establishment to the "Old Heaven and Old Earth", if you will, where you had to be Israelite to be God's people. In the "New Heaven and Earth" you can choose to be God's people or you can choose to not be God's people. You know, It's NEW (or least it was 2,000 years ago:)).
Jesus said that, "For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke shall pass from the Law until all is accomplished." (Matt 5:18). So the way I see it is, either we are under the old law or we are in the new heaven/new earth. I think most would agree that we are not under the old law of sin and death, but that we are under the new law of grace.

Interesting take. However as Jesus said not even the smallest letter has passed off the Law until everything is accomplished. And what is the Law and what has it to do with today and yesterday? The Law was made because the world is fallen and Moses had to form a society set apart from the other societies, and we know Moses made compromises to the Law due to the hard-hearts of his people.

Way I see it there is the Law of Life and the Law of Death. Jesus came to abolish the Law of Death and to fulfill the Law of Life. Indeed he did and when this dead world is dissolved, thus shall the Law of Life forever stand for even death shall be destroyed by the Lord. Jesus came to give to us a taste of the Law of Life for He is the Life, that we may inherit the Kingdom of Life which is the Kingdom of God.

If that's true you'd better be keeping all of the 613 laws of the OT and being donning a tallit and tefillin Froin.

And of course you are ignoring that Christians are dead to the Law and married to Christ and not Moses (although that's OK for Mormons)

(Rom 7:4 KJV) Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.

This is where the Hebrew rooters and "Messianics" fall apart.

Lol, my friend Larryus Publius Stotolus you misinterpret me.

I am not telling you to become a Levitical priest lol. Merely that the Laws of Death and Life have not passed from this earth until the time when the Law of Death and the Earth of Death are totally dissolved by fire and only the Law of Life stands forever.

Jesus came to give to us a taste of the Law of Life for He is the Life, that we may inherit the Kingdom of Life which is the Kingdom of God.
Romans 5:20 The Law came in so that the transgression would increase; but where sin increased, grace abounded all the more,

The Law of Moses (Sin and Death) was given with God's knowledge that it would be impossible for any man (besides Jesus) to keep. It was intended to be a failure so that Jesus would come to earth and fulfill it. Since the Law of Moses was satisfied in Jesus Christ's Life, Death, and Resurrection, we have been given the Law of Grace. It is the New. I think you know that Jesus defeated death. Death was abolished. This is the spiritual death. As Jesus says,
“I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in Me will live even if he dies. In Jesus, we are the temple and we live in the new heaven and earth. If you read the end of Revelation, after being confused though out the letter (as are most, if not all), you will see many parallels to the Church. The offering of living water, which Jesus offered even before His death. Rev. 21:1 says Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth passed away, and there is no longer any sea. You will notice that it says there is no longer any sea. I believe that it is talking about the sea that was established in the third day when the Land (most likely the Law of Moses) divided the Nation of Israel from the world. Jesus broke down all the barriers that prevented non-Israelites from being the children of God. With the passing of the Law, the we all became free in Jesus.

The expanse (heaven) was created on the second day. The land was formed on the third. You will notice that the promise to Abraham was made around year 2033. The Law was given to Moses around 2670. I have come to the understanding that each "time" or "day" was divided into approximately 1050 year segments. The days would have ended in 1050, 2100, 3150, and 4200. I believe that the fourth day represented the coming of Jesus. This day would have covered 3150-4200. 4200 being the when all things were accomplished. I am not certain if the year 4200 (that would be years from Adam) would include the destruction of Jerusalem, or if Jesus death was in 4200, but either way I am fairly comfortable with my current beliefs on "The Week". There are certain things that I am confused about. Being a Preterist (as I understand from this forum) I believe that most or all of prophecy was fulfilled. But, I have to admit, the seventh day looks like it could potentially be the thousand year reign. I am left wondering, but then again who isn't. We all have something that we are not sure about regarding prophecy, if we are honest with ourselves. Unless of course the Holy Spirit has cleared it up for someone:) (I don't think that I've met that person yet).

Lol, brother the romans had three names remember ;) (heh to pun on my literalism the Roman form of my real name would be Patricius Carbo Aquila. Though this not important seeing as God shall give us new names, just a point of interest.)

And aye here we actually agree indeed! For it is appointed for man to die at least once, and Jesus came to deliver his sheep from the Second Death.

Gisius 70ADius Doubtus...why would God destroy and perfectly good planet and universe?

You need to understand that the "destruction" of the "earth" by fire is speaking of the dissolution of the "elements" of the old covenant and a bringing in of the new in totally.

(Luke 12:49 KJV) I am come to send fire on the earth; and what will I, if it be already kindled?

I used to try and explain this to my next of kindling - all to no avail.

Jesus stated that the fire was already started

(Mat 3:12 KJV) Whose fan is in his hand, and he will thoroughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.

This can be understood as fanning the fire of opposition of the Jews towards the gospel or as Adamius Clarkus says:

Whose fan is in his hand - The Romans are here termed God‘s fan, as, in
Matthew 3:10, they were called his axe, and, in Matthew 22:7, they are termed his troops or armies.

The winnowing fan of the Hindoos is square, made of split bamboo; and the corn is winnowed by waving the fan backwards with both hands - “Whose fan is in his hand.”

His floor - Does not this mean the land of Judea, which had been long, as it were, the threshing-floor of the Lord?

God says, he will now, by the winnowing fan (viz. the Romans) thoroughly cleanse this floor - the wheat, those who believe in the Lord Jesus, he will gather into his garner, either take to heaven from the evil to come, or put in a place of safety, as he did the Christians, by sending them to Pella, in Coelosyria, previously to the destruction of Jerusalem. But he will burn up the chaff - the disobedient and rebellions Jews, who would not come unto Christ, that they might have life.

Unquenchable fire - That cannot be extinguished by man.

(1 Cor 3:13 KJV) Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is.

Adamius Clarkus: Verse 13

The day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire - There is much difference of opinion relative to the meaning of the terms in this and the two following verses. That the apostle refers to the approaching destruction of Jerusalem I think very probable; and when this is considered, all the terms and metaphors will appear clear and consistent.

The day is the time of punishment coming on this disobedient and rebellious people. And this day being revealed by fire, points out the extreme rigour, and totally destructive nature, of that judgment.

And the fire shall try every man‘s work - If the apostle refers to the Judaizing teachers and their insinuations that the law, especially circumcision, was of eternal obligation; then the day of fire - the time of vengeance, which was at hand, would sufficiently disprove such assertions; as, in the judgment of God, the whole temple service should be destroyed; and the people, who fondly presumed on their permanence and stability, should be dispossessed of their land and scattered over the face of the whole earth. The difference of the Christian and Jewish systems should then be seen: the latter should be destroyed in that fiery day, and the former prevail more than ever.

I restus my caseius for nowus.

Lol sorry Larryus, been getting bombarded by PMs and replying to other topics lol, I didn't forget about ya.

Ironically each of those Bible quotes is talking about the Day of Judgement.

Perhaps you should take heed to the actual writers of the Bible instead of Revisionists like Adamius Clarkus whom add in metaphors that simply are not metaphors lol.

Let's read just one of these in full context

Luke 12

1 In the mean time, when there were gathered together an innumerable multitude of people, insomuch that they trode one upon another, he began to say unto his disciples first of all, Beware ye of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy.
[SUP]2 [/SUP]For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known.
[SUP]3 [/SUP]Therefore whatsoever ye have spoken in darkness shall be heard in the light; and that which ye have spoken in the ear in closets shall be proclaimed upon the housetops.
[SUP]4 [/SUP]And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do.
[SUP]5 [/SUP]But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.
[SUP]6 [/SUP]Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one of them is forgotten before God?
[SUP]7 [/SUP]But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows.
[SUP]8 [/SUP]Also I say unto you, Whosoever shall confess me before men, him shall the Son of man also confess before the angels of God:
[SUP]9 [/SUP]But he that denieth me before men shall be denied before the angels of God.
[SUP]10 [/SUP]And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemeth against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven.
[SUP]11 [/SUP]And when they bring you unto the synagogues, and unto magistrates, and powers, take ye no thought how or what thing ye shall answer, or what ye shall say:
[SUP]12 [/SUP]For the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say.
[SUP]13 [/SUP]And one of the company said unto him, Master, speak to my brother, that he divide the inheritance with me.
[SUP]14 [/SUP]And he said unto him, Man, who made me a judge or a divider over you?
[SUP]15 [/SUP]And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.
[SUP]16 [/SUP]And he spake a parable unto them, saying, The ground of a certain rich man brought forth plentifully:
[SUP]17 [/SUP]And he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have no room where to bestow my fruits?
[SUP]18 [/SUP]And he said, This will I do: I will pull down my barns, and build greater; and there will I bestow all my fruits and my goods.
[SUP]19 [/SUP]And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry.
[SUP]20 [/SUP]But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided?
[SUP]21 [/SUP]So is he that layeth up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.
[SUP]22 [/SUP]And he said unto his disciples, Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body, what ye shall put on.
[SUP]23 [/SUP]The life is more than meat, and the body is more than raiment.
[SUP]24 [/SUP]Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feedeth them: how much more are ye better than the fowls?
[SUP]25 [/SUP]And which of you with taking thought can add to his stature one cubit?
[SUP]26 [/SUP]If ye then be not able to do that thing which is least, why take ye thought for the rest?
[SUP]27 [/SUP]Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
[SUP]28 [/SUP]If then God so clothe the grass, which is to day in the field, and to morrow is cast into the oven; how much more will he clothe you, O ye of little faith?
[SUP]29 [/SUP]And seek not ye what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink, neither be ye of doubtful mind.
[SUP]30 [/SUP]For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: and your Father knoweth that ye have need of these things.
[SUP]31 [/SUP]But rather seek ye the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto you.
[SUP]32 [/SUP]Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.
[SUP]33 [/SUP]Sell that ye have, and give alms; provide yourselves bags which wax not old, a treasure in the heavens that faileth not, where no thief approacheth, neither moth corrupteth.
[SUP]34 [/SUP]For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
[SUP]35 [/SUP]Let your loins be girded about, and your lights burning;
[SUP]36 [/SUP]And ye yourselves like unto men that wait for their lord, when he will return from the wedding; that when he cometh and knocketh, they may open unto him immediately.
[SUP]37 [/SUP]Blessed are those servants, whom the lord when he cometh shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and will come forth and serve them.
[SUP]38 [/SUP]And if he shall come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants.
[SUP]39 [/SUP]And this know, that if the goodman of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched, and not have suffered his house to be broken through.
[SUP]40 [/SUP]Be ye therefore ready also: for the Son of man cometh at an hour when ye think not.
[SUP]41 [/SUP]Then Peter said unto him, Lord, speakest thou this parable unto us, or even to all?
[SUP]42 [/SUP]And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his lord shall make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of meat in due season?
[SUP]43 [/SUP]Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
[SUP]44 [/SUP]Of a truth I say unto you, that he will make him ruler over all that he hath.
[SUP]45 [/SUP]But and if that servant say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; and shall begin to beat the menservants and maidens, and to eat and drink, and to be drunken;
[SUP]46 [/SUP]The lord of that servant will come in a day when he looketh not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder, and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers.
[SUP]47 [/SUP]And that servant, which knew his lord's will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes.
[SUP]48 [/SUP]But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.
[SUP]49 [/SUP]I am come to send fire on the earth; and what will I, if it be already kindled?
[SUP]50 [/SUP]But I have a baptism to be baptized with; and how am I straitened till it be accomplished!
[SUP]51 [/SUP]Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division:
[SUP]52 [/SUP]For from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three.
[SUP]53 [/SUP]The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against the father; the mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother; the mother in law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
[SUP]54 [/SUP]And he said also to the people, When ye see a cloud rise out of the west, straightway ye say, There cometh a shower; and so it is.
[SUP]55 [/SUP]And when ye see the south wind blow, ye say, There will be heat; and it cometh to pass.
[SUP]56 [/SUP]Ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that ye do not discern this time?
[SUP]57 [/SUP]Yea, and why even of yourselves judge ye not what is right?
[SUP]58 [/SUP]When thou goest with thine adversary to the magistrate, as thou art in the way, give diligence that thou mayest be delivered from him; lest he hale thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and the officer cast thee into prison.
[SUP]59 [/SUP]I tell thee, thou shalt not depart thence, till thou hast paid the very last mite.

Indeed it shall be so for Jesus comes quickly!

Adamius has done far more study that either of us Gisius - let's look at what Jesus said untous them right in the middle of your verses here:

(Luke 12:32 KJV) Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.

The kingdom was given to them when the Jewish polity was removed and cast out of the kingdom:

(Mat 21:43 KJV) Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.

If this did not occur within the 1st century AD you need to explain when this will happen.

(Gal 4:30 KJV) Nevertheless what saith the scripture? Cast out the bondwoman and her son: for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman.

(Gal 4:31 KJV) So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman, but of the free.

Heh Adamius has never done anything for me, only Jesus.

The Kingdom is God's to give and Jesus hold the keys. So it is on the Day of Judgement that we hope for Jesus to lead us to the waters of life. Simple as that brother.

But that's not answering the question I posed is it?

Why would you be waiting for the "waters of life" - they've been flowing since Pentecost:

(John 7:38 KJV) He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.

(Acts 2:3 KJV) And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.

(Acts 2:4 KJV) And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

(Acts 2:5 KJV) And there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, devout men, out of every nation under heaven.

The futurist "interpretation" has to ignore a good portion of scripture, and that is it's downfall.

I have to go lay on my mat - I'll be back tomorrow....

Heh what is your question even? I just see assertions based off Adamius Clarkus.

The Water of Life is Life eternal. Therefore we seek after Jesus that He may lead us to the waters of life. Aye the Waters of Life been flowing from Pentecost indeed, and even before it from the birth of Jesus and even before that from the time God made Life. When Death is defeated only those in the Kingdom of God shall be lead to the waters of life by Jesus. So we wait for the day of Resurrection with the hope that Jesus will lead us to the waters of life indeed.

And indeed, we have covered enough for tonight, we shall pick up our discussion tomorrow and for many days I perceive lol. Have a good night indeed brother.
