Zone, the TEXT of the Authorized King James Bible is inerrant and infallible.

The commentaries and notes which men write in the Holy Bible are not infallible, only the HOLY BIBLE itself is INFALLIBLE and INERRANT.
There is absolutely no [sane] evidence that the KJV was inspired. In fact, I would gladly discuss some misogynistic influences on word choices, if you were open to it. The original books were inspired, or "God-breathed." While God preserves His Word to all generations, the KJV (which was subject to several early modifications) was not holier than every translation in every language. The KJV is not more God's Word, though it is my favorite translation.

Hello there Misty, yes there is evidence that the Authorized King James Bible is God's pure, inerrant, and perfect word. Here is a link to some of the evidence and witnesses affirmimg the fact that there is a perfect Bible and that it is the King James Bible.

There is something to be said for Byzantine versus Alexandrian derivatives and word for word, thought for thought versus paraphrases.

Interesting read, I was one who would always question (and scoff) by what authority did King James have authority over Scripture......I repent of that and see it differently now.

King James version says
If you love me keep my commandments.
that is pretty accurate.

and at the end of time in revelation the last chapter it says

here are they that keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus

Tell you what

Take the Bible
and READ IT
the whole thing
look up each word and see what the original king james greek version means by clicking on it with your mouse

strongs concordance numbers can be esily read

go get a free Bible at

theword.net
and install it free
read the whole Bible

it is awesome!.

I think rather than argue over wether a Bible is inspired, you should believe that it is and follow it.

You are confusing "keep" and "obey"... they are two different words with different meanings.

keep
kēp/Submit
verb
1.
have or retain possession of.
"my father would keep the best for himself"
retain, hold on to, keep hold of, retain possession of, keep possession of, not part with; More

2.
continue or cause to continue in a specified condition, position, course, etc.
"she could have had some boyfriend she kept quiet about"
synonyms: remain, continue to be, stay, carry on being, persist

I grew up with going to a church that uses a few bibles, NIV, Good news, and thought it was a very inconsistant in their text. the people were unfervant about God and it seemed to be more about a gathering of man more than of Gods people and hypocrisy and sin and low standard, even the minister was adultering with one of the people in the church who was also married and divorced his wife and married this other woman and moved to minister in a church further up the country.then the Lord lead me to a church where they stood on the KJV bible and hold such reverence and respect for the bible and lived out what its taught and talked about its context and rejoiced in the word.It was under that ministry I got saved, Time pasted and I went away from the Lord and the bible and later started reading an NIV, It was relaxing like a light reader but it to me was like drinking very weak cordial, and reading it I felt robbed of what used to excite me the most in the word, a spirit filled read like a surgical knife cutting into my soul. and makes me ask questions what something means when I dont always understand, Like the word Propitiation so I can be learned in the word. what an exciting word in the Word of God, Jesus is the Propitiation for our sins AMEN. I will always be a King James reader

If you believe that then you will believe anything.

So the King James bible was taken up into space, that is definitly proof its God perfect bible then? Really?

Clever plays with Numerology with bible verses to add up to 1611.. sure that is proof.

Cherry picking single verses as proof the 1611 is perfect... Yes of course.. Really?

It is a shame that this cult has opposite effect of turning people away from reading the King James due to its ridiculous claims and obsession with it.

Finally, I like the King James, problem is this cult likes to think that because I hate the Cult of King James Only, then I also hate the King James Bible, which is a lie.
