Hello everyone,
I have a question about prayers. Can a Christian pray Mary, the mother of Jesus Christ, or should we address our prayer only to God?
I'm a protestant but... I'm pretty attached to Mary, she's like a mother for Christians and I feel weird since I've stopped praying her. That's why I'm confused.

yes you can but it will be ineffective because Mary is not God. You are not filled with the "Mary Spirit", but instead the Holy Spirit that comes from God. Therefore you should pray to God and only God just like Jesus did.
